The Process...

Firstly, machines on arrival are given a number, so that parts can be related to that machine. The machine is then moved onto a concrete wash pad, where fuel and oils are drained and collected to be recycled and to prevent pollution.

The guards and covers are removed and the machine is carefully washed down, again, the oily contaminated dirt and water is disposed of in an envionmentally safe manner.

The machine is then moved onto a concrete dismantling bay, the parts are then removed and cleaned ready for an initial visual inspection.

If they pass the visual inspection, then further measuring and crack testing is carried out as necessary.

Parts passed as suitable for reuse are rust protected or painted and the part numbers highlighted for easy identification, then moved to warehouses and stored in an orderly manner so that they can be retrieved quickly and despatched to you in the shortest possble time to get your machine working agin and earing money.
