All machines are sold UNREGISTERED WITHOUT STATUTORY WARRANTY.

Warranty & Returns

To obtain a credit on parts you wish to return you must comply with the following:

1. Goods altered or damaged by the customer are not returnable

2. Goods returned MUST BE identified by an invoice number and part number

3. Goods must be returned in a clean and resaleable condition with intact packaging.

4. Goods must be received back in the Tilly’s warehouse within 60 days of the invoice date.

5. The following parts are strictly non-returnable: a. Parts cut to size e.g. hoses b. Opened kits – including gasket kits, seal kits, bearing kits and rebuild kits. c. Parts that are made to order. d. Goods with a line value of less than $10.00 e. Goods procured from overseas at customer’s request f. Parts that we cannot return to our manufacturer/supplier

6. OEM parts are subject to manufacturer’s return guidelines

7. For parts sold on an exchange basis, core returns must be like for like and complete. Incomplete cores may affect credit value.

8. Returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee

9. Freight on returned parts is the customer’s responsibility. This includes core returns.

10. Warranty period on SECOND HAND PARTS is 3 months or 500 hours from invoice date, whichever occurs first. Tilly’s warrant to replace the part or to provide a full account refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour or consequential damage. Warranty will not be provided on second hand parts that are sold “as is”.

11. Warranty period for NEW PARTS is 6 months or 1000 hours from invoice date, whichever occurs first. The warranty is to replace the part with one of equal quality or value or provide a full account refund. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour or consequential damage.

12. Warranty period for TRACK CHAINS is pro-rata 24 months or 4000 hours from invoice date, whichever occurs first. The warranty is to replace the part with one of equal quality or value or provide a pro-rata credit. This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour or consequential damage.
